Sarasota County foreclosures rates in September 2009 dropped about 12% vs. the same period in 2008 according to new numbers released yesterday by RealtyTrac.com. A recent Tampa Bay Business Journal article states that foreclosures across the rest of Florida were up 23.3% from a year ago.
